We are off to another indoor track meet in Edmonton! We are leaving for the track meet Friday January 20, 2023, at a couple different times and places.
The early bus is leaving from the U of C Oval in front of the big red paperclip @ 11:00am please be there no later than 10:50am. The later bus is leaving @ 5:00pm from the Holiday Inn located on 16 th Ave. and
19 th St. NE. (1250 Mckinnon Dr. NE) please be @ the Holiday Inn no later than 4:50pm.
We are travelling by van
The athlete contribution is payable @ departure from U of C or Holiday Inn, or you may have arranged with Jovette to send an E transfer at registrar@uofcathletics.ca prior to leaving. Meet fees are variable to meet all athleteβs needs.
- Athletes travelling on their own is just $30.00.
- Athletes just travelling $90.00.
- Athletes travelling and staying one night $138.00.
- Athletes travelling and staying two nights $185.00.
We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express Edmonton South. Address is 2440 Calgary Trail NW, Edmonton, AB T6J 4R1.
We will be leaving Saturday or Sunday evening from Edmonton after the last event on Saturday (about 6:30pm) or Sunday (about 2:30pm). Athletes should remember to call home before we leave just to make sure that our estimated time of departure is still the same!
