Accommodation: We have rooms booked for athletes and coaches. Need to know if you need accommodation. If so, what day you plan to arrive and how many nights you plan to stay.
Holiday Inn Sherwood Park
2100 Premier Way, Sherwood Park, AB
Cost: $150/night, 2-4 people per room
Transportation: Bus Transportation has been arranged. Need to know if you plan to travel with team or travel on your own.
Entry Deadline: I need entries by Thursday July 16 to get them in by deadline of July 17 at 12:00pm.
